LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ROSE FELICE,of Washington,Washington County,Pennsyl-i
vania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby'
make,pUblish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,"I'
in manner and form following,hereby revoking and making void
any will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:If my husband,SAM FELICE,survives me for a
space of one calendar month,then,but not otherwise,I give,
devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate to him abso-
lutely and appoint him sole Executor of this,my Will.
In the event that he does not survive me for
a space of one calendar month,then the following provisions
shall apply:
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and
wheresoever situate,to my children,CIVIE FELICE and PALMA
CROWE,share and share alike.
FOURTH:In the event that either of my children pre-
decease me,then I give,devise and bequeath their share to
their child or children living at the time of my death.
FIFTH:I do hereby nominate and appoint my son,CIVIE
FELICE and my daughter,PALMA CROWE,as co-executors of this,
my Last Will and Testament and to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,ROSE FELICE,the Testatrix,have to
this,my Will,written on two sheets of paper,set my hand and
seal this /1
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above named
ROSE FELICE,as and for her Last Will and Testament,in the pre-
sence of us,who,at her request and in her presence,and in the
presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as
witnesses thereto.We subscribe that we did witness Testatrix
make her mark and her name was affixed at her direction.
