I,Frank M.Courson of the Borough of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of a sound and disposing mind,memory and understand-
ing do hereby make,publish and declare the following to be my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all other and former wills
by me,at a~time,heretofore made:
First.I direct the p~Yment of all my just debts,funeral expenses and
all inheritance taxes for which my estate may be liable out of my personal
estate as soon after my death as may seem best to my executors.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,personql and
mixed,wheresoever located or found unto my two children stewart Carlisle
Courson and Florence Virginia Courson,share and share alike,but with th~
provision as to the share of my son stewart Carlisle Courson,viz.That
out of his one half share of my estate the sum of Five Thousand Dollars
be deposited in the First National Bank of Washington,Penna.in a Savings
Account in the names of stewart C.Courson and Florence Virgini Courson
Trustees for my grand Daughter Margaret Jane Courson (daughter of the said
stewart Carlisle Courson),the interest on said sum of Five Thousand Dollars
shall be paid to my said grand daughter each and very six months until sh
shall arrive at the age of twenty four years,and upon her arrival at the
age of twenty four years then said trustees shall pay to her the said prin-
cipal of Five Thousand Dollars.In case of the death of the said Margaret
Jane Courson before she arrives at the age of twenty four years then said
principal sum of Five Thousand Dollars shall immediately revert and be paid
to my said son stewart Carlisle Courson,if he survive her,but in case of
his death befor~the death of my said grand daughter Margaret Jane'Courson,
then to be paid to my daughter Florence Virginia Courson-,under no circum-
stances is said Five Thousand Dollars -or 8lJlY part thereof to go to the
mother of said Margaret Jane Courson in case of the death of my aid grand-
daught r Margaret Jane CO\lrson before she arrives at twenty four years of
gee Lastly I do hereby appoint my two children stewart Carlisle Cour-
son and Florence Virginia Courson,executors of this my Last Will and Testa-
mente In witness whereof I have hereunto set ~hand and seal this 20th
