KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,PROXY KOKI
GREGORY,a/k/a PROXY GREGORY,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washingto
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
And as to all of my estate,whether the same be
real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and whereso-
ever situate,of which I die seized and possessed,I give,devise
and bequeath as follows:
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my
estate of the expenses of my last illness and funeral as soon as
conveniently possible after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate,of whatsoever kind and nature and whereso-
ever situate,I give,devise and bequeath among my beloved daughters
namely,JENNY GREGORY,TENNESSEE PHILAGE,BESS WATSON,HELlliOXENFORD
and PATRICIA BARRETT,in equal one-fifth (1/5)shares.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and
appoint PATRICIA BARRETT and JENNY GREGORY,Co-Executrices of this
my Last Will and Testament and direct that neither shall be required
to enter security in any jurisdiction in which they may act.I
further specifically authorize them to sell any or all of my real
estate at public or private sale and to make,execute and deliver
proper deed or deeds therefor without the necessity of Court
approval.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have heremto set my hand and
seal to this my Last Will and Testament this 21st day of March,in
the year of our Lord,One Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-six (1966).
