LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,EUGENIA DANIELS,now residing at Burgettstown,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do make and publish this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and
making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my property
real,personal and mixed to my husband,Casper W.Daniels.
THIRD:In the event that my husband predeceases me
I then give,devise and bequeath all my property real,personal and mixed to
my husband's three (3)children,Raymond Daniels,Homer Daniels and Evelyn
Nokovich.In the event that my husband predeceases me I give to my husband's
daUghter,Catherine Donaldson,Three Hundred ($300)Dollars.~
FOURTH:I do hereby nominate and appoint my husband IS
son,Homer Daniels,to be the executor of this,my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,EUGENIA DANIELS,the Testatrix,
have to this,my Will,written on one sheet of paper,set my hand and seal
