FIRST:--I make,constitute and appoint my wife Annie Sr.Orouch and
my son-in-law William Greenlee,both of Washington OO'lUlty,Pennsylvania,
to be my Executrix and Executor of this,my Willr.
SEOO m:-I direct that all my legal debts,funeral expenses nd
Oosts of Administration (including.the payment of Inheritance Tax Pay-
ab1e by my Estate ),as soon after my decease as practicable,be promptly
Paid by my Executors or the survivor of them,out of the most avaiJ.able

THIRIl:.-I give and devise to my said wife,Annie Sa.Orouch,all the
real estate of which I may die seized and Poss8ssedr.Said real estate
now consisting of two properties and a part interest in a third proper-
ty,all situate in the BorOUgh of Bentleyville aforesaidr.My said ife,
.Annie Sr.Grouch,to have and to hold and receive the income and profits
from all of said properties for and during.the period of her natural
1ifer.ALSO,I give and bequeath to my said wifeJ-all the dividends and
income arising from a11 Bonds and Shares of Stock of mch I may die
possesaedr.She to receive through my Executara,said dividends and in-

all the household goods and furniture which we may have at the time of
