LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
1,KAT EM.G LAD DEN,of the Borough of Canonsbur
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testamen i
,hereby revoking any and all wills and codicils heretofore by me made..I
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease..•
SECOND:I hereby bequeath and devise to J ..Boyd
Kelso and his wife,Alma Kelso,or the survivor of them,the house and lot
situate at 112 West College Street,in the Borough of ~anonsburg,Pennsyl-
vania.
THIRD:I hereby direct the Executor of this,my

WASHINGTON.PA.
Last Will and Testament,to sell my property at the corner of Church Street
and West College Street,which address is 132-134 Church Street in the Borou'h
of Canonsburg,Pennsylvania"and to use the proceeds therefrom as follows:
(a)To be used in the payment of my administrative expenses,
including funeral expenses if there not be "Sufficient cash on hand at the time
of my death to cover these expenses and all other outstanding expenses that
I might have at the time of my death..
(b)If there be monies remaining from the sale of my property
as aforesaid after the expenses are paid,then I hereby give,devise and
bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars to S.Newton Kelso
and Mary Kelso,or the survivor of them,.
(c)If there be any monies remaining after the above two (2)items
are carried out,then it is my desire that any monies remaining be equally
divided between the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago,Illinois,and the New
York Bible Society of New York.
