I,CLYDE O.DAGUE,of Somerset Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make and publish
this my last will.
1.All of my just debts and my funeral
expenses shall be paid as soon after my decease as convenient.
2.I devise and bequeath to my son,
Harry L.Dague,my home property situated in Somerset Township,
consisting of my dwelling house together with all acreage which
I own on the South side of the public road running between
Bentleyville and Vanceville,together with the free gas privileges
arising from the gas lease covering said property.
3.All the rest and residue of my
estate,real and personal,wherever situated,including the
royalty from the gas lease on my land in Somerset Township,
presently owned by Equitable Gas Company,I devise and bequeath
to my sons,Harry L.Dague and oseph I.Dague,in equal shares
and I appoint them executors of this will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 6th day of OCTOBER,1955.
We,the undersigned witnesses,subscribe that
hile in our presence CLYDE O.DAGUE did sign the above instrument
and declare it to be his last will.
