be fully paid and satisfied as soon as can conveniently be done after
my decease.
Second.I sive,devise and be~ueath all my property,both
real and personal,wheresoever situate,to my wife,Harriet J.JUvall,
but if she is not living at the time of my decease then all my prop-
erty,both real and personal,wheresoever situate,is to go to my
niec e,Iargaret Cloutman,of .ci:ast Pike Run Township,1••ashington County,
ennsylvania,absolutely.
I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my Wife,Harriet J.
Duvall,to be executrix of this my last will and testament,and if
she is not living at the time of ray decease,then I nominate and ap-
point as my executrix my above named niece,Margaret CloutPlan.
