ITEM I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.

no/100 ($1,000.00)Dollars.In the event the said Elva Berry Martin should

further request that if his services be available.that my Executor or Executrix
employ Ralph W.Peacock as counsel to settle his estate.
