this my Last Will and Test3ment,and hereby revoke all fonner Wills anci
testaments and.codicils thereto made by me.
FIRST:I direct tha t my personal representative,hereinafter

expense.s of my last illness and funeral,as soon as conveniently and
properly may be done after my death.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath my entire estate,
real personal or mixed,wherever situated,of which I may die seized or

any ir.terEst I or over which I may have any power or appointment,to my
beloved daughter,Mrs.MARIE McCARTY.
