That I,Ida R.Ferris ,of Deems ton Borough,
in the County of Washington,and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind,memory and understanding,and considering the uncertainty of life,do hereby make,
publish and declare this my last RIill and m:;e~tament,hereby revoking and making void any
and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Execut
hereinafter named,as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my husband,,Joseph McDonald Ferris
all of my share of property,real,personal,and mixed of what nature
and kind soever and wheresoever the same shall be at time of my death,
to have and to hold as his own so long as he lives.
THIRD:At the death of my husband,Joseph McDonald Ferris all of
the property,real,personal,and mixed of what nature and kind soever
and wheresoever the same shall be which I give,devise,and bequeath
to my husband,the same shall be divided share for share between our
two sons Joseph Edward F'erris and John McDonald Ferris.
