and making void any will by me at any tirr.e heretofore made.in manner
and form following:

after named.to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses.as soon as
conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND:I will.give.and bequeath unto my
daughter.Kate 3urns.the sum of One (~1.00)Dollar.
THIRD:I will.give.and bequeath unto my son.
Joseph Gotter.the sum of One (~l.OO)Dollar.
FOURTH:I Will.give,and bequeath unto my
daughter.Julia Cotter.the sum of One ('1.00)Dollar.
FIFTH:I will.give.and bequeath unto my
daughter.Hannah Cotter.the sum of One (~1.00)Dollar.
SIXTH:I will.give.and devise my house and
lot.situate on the 'astern side of eventh Street.between 1:J.ain and
ailroad treets.Third ard.ononganela.Pennsylvania.mere I no
reside.hich property is known as No.103 eventh treet.to my
daughter.ilary •Cotter.and my son.John F.Cotter.in equal shares.
in fee simple and absolutely.subject.however.to the payment by my
said daughter and son of any mort~age against said property which may
be unpaid at the time of my death.

I order and direct my bxecutors,herein-

after named,to sell my real estate which now consists of two lots,
situate in the Borough of New Eagle.ashington ounty,Pennsylvania.
at either public or private sale,which to them may be deemed most
advantageous to my estate.And for the purpose of the sale of said
lots I hereby authorize and empower my said ~xecutors,or the survivor
of them,to grant.sell,and convey my said 1ew 'agle property,and to
execute.acknowledge,and deliver the proper deed or deeds.or other
assurances.therefor to the purchaser or purchasers thereof.and to accept,
receive.and receipt for the purchase money for said property.without
liability of the purchaser or purchasers thereof for the application or
distribution of the purchase money therefrom.
NINTH:11 the rest,re~idue,and remainder of my
estate and property,real.personal and mixed.of Whatsoever nature and
kind,and heresoever situate,, I ill,give.deVise and bequeath to
my said daughter,ry •Cotter,and my said son,John F.Cotter,in
equal shares,share and share alike.in fee simple and absolutely.
