Will and Testa~ent,bearing date the Fourth day of February,1925,
in the manner following,to wit:
ITEM:I will,devise and bequeath to my nephew,F.Rea Bailey,in
addition to the goods already devised to him,mY Six Perforated bot-
tom Chairs,the perforated bottom high-back Rocking Chair and porch
seat,the trulU in the out house,the tools in the drawers of the
cupboar'n the Wash-house,the tool boxes on the shelf,hand saw on
the top shelf.
ITEM:Any old relic belonging to Father and Mother Crosbie if Mag~
gie Crosbie should desir~them,that matter I wll leave to F.Rea BaiL
ey and Maggie Crosbie to decide between them.
ITEM:I would advise for F.Rea Bailey and Maggie Crosbi8 to assist
my Executor,James A.Magill,in the renting of the house,No.209
Je!ferson Avenue,Washington,~a.,and keeping up the repairs,and
when the property is sold they are to assist in the selling of it,
and to be paid a reasonabte compensation for the same.
ITEM:I will,devise and bequeath my Rug with the stripes at each
end to Elizabeth Bailey,of Pittsburgh,Pa.
ITEM:I will,devise and bequeath to Maggie Crosbie the Ice Cream
Freezer,~nd to John Crosbie,Sr.,my s~edge hammer.
ITEM:Whereas.in Item Second in my said Wil~I have given ~nd be-
queathed unto the First U.P.Church,of Washington,Pa.,one-third
of the Books in my Book Case,I do hereby declkre that as the ~ew
Covenant Mission of Pittsburgh,pa.,is striving to fit up their
reading room,that ~will is that the said one-third given to the
said First U.P.ChurCh,of Washington,Pa.,shall be given to and
added to the the one-third already given to the said New Covenant
