I,GEO G P.HENSEL,of Westland,Chartiers township,/ashington
county,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and un-
derstanding,do make,pUblish and declare this to be my last will and
testament,hereby revoking all former wi Is by me !':lade.
First:I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses and the
expense of settl ing my estate be paid out of my estate by my Executor
hereinafter named as soon after my decease as may be practicable.
Second:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of what-
soever kind and nature,and wheresoever situate,real,personal,or
mixed,I give,devise and bequeath unto the Citizens ~rust Company of
Canonsburg in trust to hold,invest,and from time to time re-invest,
the same,and to pay the net incone received therefrom unto my wife
bessie Hensel for and during the term of her life,to be used by her
for her support and maintenance and the support,maintenance and educa-
tion of my five children,Ruth,Mary,William b.,illard and Robert
Hense,as my said wife may deem best;and in case the net income from
said trust estate should not be sufficient,in the opinion and judgment
of said trustee,for the comfortable support and maintenance of my
said wife and tne support,maintenance and education of my five children
as above mentioned,then I authorize and empower said trustee to use
and pay over unto my said wife the corpus or principal of said trust
estate at such time or times and in such amount or amounts as said
trustee may deem necessary and proper for t·~e purpose,the receipt of
my said wife therefor to be a full and complete release and discharge
of said trustee af and from the amounts so paid.Upon the death of
my said wife,I direct that said trust estate,or such thereof as may
then remain in the hands of said trustee unexpended,be paid and dis-
tributed unto my five children above mentioned,namely,Ruth,ary,
illiam b.,Willard and Hobert,in equal shares or portions;but in
case said children or any of them should not be of full legal age at
the time of the death of my said wife,then I direct that said trust
continue in full force and effect a:s above provided as to the share or
portion of such of the children as may then be in their minority until
such child or children,respectively,shall have arrived at full legal
age of twenty-one years,when the final payment ~~d distribution of such
child's share or portion shall take place as above provided.
Lastly,I nominate,constitute and appoint the Citizens lrust
Company of Canonsburg Executor of this my will.
In wi tness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ~t ~
day of February,A.D.1921.
