BE IT R3MEMBERED that we,ROBERI'GORDON and LEONA GOR-
,DON,being husband and wife,residing at 53 Harrison Street,m?the
BD~0ugh of East Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being
of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,do make,
;publish and declare the following as and for our joint and mutual
last Will and Testanent,hereby revoking and making null and void
any and all Wills and Testaments,or writing in the nature thereof
by us at any time heretofore made:
FIF.ST:We give to the survivor of us all and any real and
personal property either owned by us jointly or severally for his
or her own personal use and benefit forever.
SECOND:The s~rvivor of us is hereby appointed executor or
executrix,as the case may be.
THIRD:In the event that we meet our death in a common
accident or disaster,then we hereby give,devise and bequeath all
ther6st;an~-re~idue of our estates to our son,JOHN ROBERI'GORDON,
