LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ARTHUR E.FTFE,of Cecil Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,
and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the
expenses of my illness and funeral.
SECOND:I give,bequeath and devise all my oil and
gas interests and interests in oil and gas leaseholds to my son,
William S.Fife.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,I will,
bequeath and devise to my beloved wife,Mary Lillian Fife,
absolutely and in fee.Should my wife predecease me,I will,
bequeath and devise the same to my three sons,William S.Fife,
Robert A.Fife and James E.Fife,absolutely and in fee,share
and share alike.
I hereby appoint my wife,Mary Lillian Fife,
as Executrtx and if she be deceased,then I appoint my sons,
William S.Fife,Robert A.Fife and James E.Fife,as such Executo s.
