A.HARTER,of the City of ashington,Washington
County,ennsylvania,declare the following to be my Last 'ill
and Testament,hereby revoking and makin~void all wills,codicils
or testamentary writings of any kind by me heretofore made.
Item 1,-I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease
as the same can be conveniently done.
Item 2,-I also direct my Executor,hereinafter named,
to put up a marker at my grave of the same character and description
as the marker I am about to erect at the grave of my deceased wife.
Item 3,-After the payment of my just debts and funeral
expenses,and cost of erection of marker,as above directed,I give,
devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my
property and estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind
and wheresoever situate,unto my three children:Mary Elizabeth
Patterson,~illiam C.Harter and Anna Louise Harter,in equal
shares.
And in case the said illiam C.Harter and Anna Louise
Harter,or either of them,shall be in their minority and unmarried
at the time of my decease,my will is,and I do hereby a point,

First National Bank of Washington guardian of said children,or
either of them,during his or her minority.
Item 4,-I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
First National Bank of vashington to be the Executor of this my
Last ill and Testament.
In fitness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and
