LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
HAZEL D FURLONG
I,HAZEL D.FURLONG,of Monongahela,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills and Testaments or Writings in the
nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my just debts,funeral expenses and
costs of administration to be paid as soon as may be conveni-
ently done after my death.
SECOND:I direct that all estate,inheritance,succession,
legacy,and other death duties or taxes of any nature which
may be assess d or imposed upon r with res?ect to property
passing under this Will shall be paid out of my residuary
estate as part of the expenses of administration and with no
right of reimbursement from any of the legatees,devisees,or
beneficiaries hereunder.
THIRD.I direct that my Executor shall pay for a grave
marker out of my Estate for my Brother,ARCH YOUNG,which grave-
marker shall be comparable to the gravemarker provided for my
late Brother,DANIEL YOUNG.
FOURTH.I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,resi-
due and remainder of my property,real and personal,of whatso-
ever nature or kind,and wheresoever the same shall be situate
at the time of my death,unto the following named persons as
follows:
lOne-third is to be given in equal shares to the

following named persons:PAUL YOUNG,DANIEL YOUNG,MARY
ELIZABETH BAKAITUS,RICHARD YOUNG,CONNIE U'HUTCH,SHARON L.
HARPER and WILLIAM CHARLES YOUNG,in equal shares,or to the
survivor of any of them if one or more of these beneficiaries
die before becoming entitled to a share of my Estate.
2.One-third is to be given to FREEDA HINER,of
Third Street,Monongahela,Pennsylvania,but if she should pre-
decease me,then this share shall be added to the residue of
my Estate whereby one-half shall be given to the beneficiaries
named in Number "1"above,and the remaining one-half unto the
beneficiary named in Number "3"below.
3.One-third is to be given to my Brother,ARCH
YOUNG,of Monongahela,Pennsylvania,but if he should pre-
decease me then one-half of his share shall be given to the
beneficiaries named in Number "1"above and the remaining
one-half to the beneficiary named in Number "2"above.
FIFTH:I direct that my Executor shall sell any and all
real estate or personal property which shall be a part of my
Estate,for such prices,upon such terms,in such way and
manner,and for such interests and estates,as may be deemed
wise,and to make good deeds therefor to the purchasers there-
of,without any obligation on the latter to see to or be~res
ponsible for the application of the purchase money.
SIXTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint CLYDE G.
TEMPEST,ESQUIRE,to be the Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
