I,Ellen Hogan of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind,memory and und'erstanding,do make and publish
this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void
all the former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to
be fully paid and satisfied by my executor,hereinafter named,as
I soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath unto my Grandchildren,
namely,Helene Hogan Winn,Thomas Hogan,Edward Hogan and Lawrence
Hogan,children of my Son,Patrick Hogan,now deceased,the sum of
one ($1.00)dollar each,for their own proper USe and benefit for-
ever.'
THIR •All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,whatsoever and Wheresoever,I order and
direct to be converted into money as soon as the same can con-
veniently be done after my decease;and for that purpose,I do
hereby authorize and empower my Executor,hereinafter named,to
sell and dispose of all of my real estate,either at public or
private sale or sales,for the best price or prices that ban be
gotten for the same,and by proper deed or deeds of conveyance to
be duly executed,acknowledged and perfected,to grant and convey
the same to the purchaser or the purchasers thereof,in fee simple
And when the whole of my said residuary estate shall be converted
into money as aforesaid,then I will and direct that my Daughter,
Mary Ellen Mayfield,and my Daughter,Bridget Maines,shall be re-
imbursed f~r any expenses incurred in caring for me during my sick
ness and I further direct that they be reimbursed for the amount

paid by them for the burial expenses of my deceased Son,Thomas
Hogan,and then I will and direct that any bal~nce then remaining
shall be divided into three (3)equal parts or shares and disposed
of as follows,towit:-One fUll,equal third part or share there-
of,I give,devise and bequeath unto my Daughter,Bridget Maines;
one fUll,equal third part or share thereof,I give,devise and
beque,ath to my Daughter,Mary Ellen Mayfield;one full,equal th1ro
part or share thereof,I give,devise and bequeath to my Daughter,
Agnes Ueblacker,for their own proper use and benefit forever.
I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint,George •Risbeck,
to be executor of this my last Will an~Testament.
In Witness whereof I,Ellen Hogan,the testatrix above named,
have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 7~
day of October,1931.
