I,DANIEL STEWART GIFFIN,
of the BorJugh of canonsburg,County of Washington,
and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and mem01'Y,do hereby make)
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and jorm following,hereby
revoking a"ty will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be funy paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decea.se.
Second.I set aside $400.00 for two marke~s;one to be placed on
the grave of my beloved wife;the other one on ~y grave.If any of
these markers have already been placed,then this money is to be
turned over to my estate and disposed of as part of my estate.
Thiri.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,I give,bequeath and devise unto my two beloved
daughters,Mary Sarah Giffin Bearden and Bessie Blanche Giffin Sykes,
share and share alike.
