I,R.D.BRADY,of the Borough of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do make,pUblish and declare the following to be
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all wills by me at any
time heretofore made:-
1,-I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid and discharged as aoon as conveniently maybe done
after my decease.
2,-I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Lydia A.
Brady,the house and lot of ground owned by me and situat e on East
Beau Street,in the Fourth Ward of the Borough of Washington,Fe nn-
sylvania;together with all the furniture,furnishings,books,
pictures,and all other personal effect s within said house.
3,-All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
of whatsoever kind and wheresoever the same me~be situate,I give,
devise and bequeath to my said wife,Lydia A.Brady.
I nominate,constitute and appoint the First National
Bank of Washington,Pa.,to be the Executor of this my last Will and
Testament.And I authorize and empower my said Executor to con-
duct the meat business owned and operated by me at No.112 South
Main Street,Washington,Pennsylvania,for such period after my

death as in the judgment of my said Executor may seem proper,pro-
vided the same can be conducted at a profit.In the event that my
said Executor does so operate and conduct my said ~eat shop,then
and in that event I direct my said Executor to payout of the net
income and profits of said buuiness to my said Wife,Lydia A.Brady,
such weekly or semi-monthly SUIllS of money as in the judgment of my
said Executor shall be necessary for the maint€n~lCe and support of
my said wife and family,provided such sums can be withdrawn from
said business consistently with the profitable and successful oper-
ation of the same.
In Witness Whereof,I,R.D.Brady,the testator,have to
trus my last Will and Testament,written on two sheets of paper,set
my hand and seal this 16th day of November,A.D.,1920.
