LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ALVIN FEE
I,ALVIN FEE,of Chartiers Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament hereby revoking any other will or wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after
my decease.
2.I give and bequeath my home located on land leased
from David Cumer in Chartiers Township,to my nephew,E.G.KEMP
and his wife,IVONA L.KEMP.
3.I give and bequeath all my interest in the six gas
wells,which interest I acquired from W.A.Lindsay,to my nephew,
E.G.KEMP and his wife,IVONA L.KEMP.
4.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate I give,devise and bequeath
as follows:
(A)One-half thereof to my nephew,E.G.KEMP and
IVONA L.KEMP,his wife.
(B)One-sixth thereof to my great-nephew,JEROME
KEMP,of Ocala,Florida.
(C)One-sixth thereof to my great-nephew,GLENN
ALLAN KEMP,of Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania.
(D)One-sixth thereof to my great-niece,JANET LOIS
KEMP,of R.D.#1,Washington,Pennsylvania.
5.I nominate,constitute and appoint my nephew,E.G.KEMP,
to act as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
