who being duly sworn doth depose and say that lie will well and truly administer the goods and chattels,
rights and credits of.,deceased,
to the best of his skill and judgment in strict compliance with the law of this Commonwealth,mindful of
the laws relating to inheritance taxes.

I,ANNA HOWELL,of Washington,pennsylvania,do make
and publish this my last will and testament,hereby revoking
any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made,-
1.I direct that my debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath to my husband,
Thomas Howell,for and during the term of his natural life
all real and personal estate of which I may die seized.
Provided,however,that my said husband shall pay taxes and
the upkeep on all real estate I may own at the time of my
death.
3.On the death of my husband,Thomas ~owell,
I devise and bequeath my real and personal estate as follows:
One-third to the children of my deceased daughter,
Pearl Babbitt,who shall be living at the date of my husband's
death;
One-third to my daughter,Wilma Mowry,wife of George
Ralph Mowry,of Latrobe,pa.;
One-third to my granddaughter,Harriet McKnight,of
Washington,Pa.,daughter of my deceased daughter Charlotte
Williams;

Provided,however,that if at the death of
my husband,Thomas Howell,Harriet MCKnight shall not be liVing
and shall not leave any issue living at date of my said husband's
death,then and in that event the share and interest devised to
Harriet McKnight I devise and bequeath tQ the children of .my
deceased daughter,Pearl Babbitt,living at the date of the
death of my said husband.
4.I direct that all inheritance taxes be paid
out of my estate.

5.I further direct that as to any moneys
that I may have on hand at the date of my death,or that may
be on deposit to my credit in any Bank,that my husband,
Thomas Howell,shall have the right to use and CQnaume the
principal thereof should he consider it necessary.
I hereby constitute and appoint my daughte~,
Wilma Mowry,Executrix of this my last will and testament.
IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this /tdv day of ~~1927.

named testator as and for her last will and testament in the
presence of us who,at her request,in her presence,and in the
presence of each other,have hereunto subscribed our names as
witnesses thereto.
