1,Thoms N.Grant,of Donora,Washington CountY',Pennsyl-
vania,being of sound mind,memory and.understanding,do make,pUblish
and declare this as and ::or my-last Will and Testament,hereby revoki~
and making null and void any and all Wills and Testaments or writings
in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
FOOT:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
shall be paid as soon after my decease as can conveniently be done.
SEXJOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my esta.te,
whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever the same may be
situated at the time of my-death,I give,devise and bequeath to my
wife,Margaret P.Grant,providing she is living at the time of my
death.In the event my said wife predeceases me,I give,devise and.
bequeath all of my said res::'duary estate to my four children,Susan
McLean,George Grant,Janetta Thomas,and Thomas N.Grant,Jr.,share
and share alike.
THIRD:I do hereby constitute and appoint my wife,Margaret
P.Grant,as Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
