I,Trovillo Coatsworth,widow of Joseph Coatsworth,

and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,
hereby revoking any will or wills heretolOre made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,
as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND:In consideration of my daughter,}irs May Starr,
wife of James A.Starr,of Monongahela City,Washington County,Pennsyl
vania,having contributed 1 arge sums of money towarrl the repairing
and keep in good condition of l~y real property,situate on the corner
:of Railroad Street and Stockdale Alley;fronting on saiu Railroad Stree
Fourty Feet,more or less,and extenLing back therefrom Two Hundred
feet,more or less,and npon which is erected a two stroy frane dwel-
ling house,and other out-buildings,I do hereby will,devise and be-
Iqueath unto her,my said daughter,May starr,in fee simple,the said
above mentioned real property,SUbject to the payment by her,the said
May Starr,unto my said executor,of'the sum of TWO TH0USAND ($2,000.00
dollars.
THIRD:I hercby direct that the Two Thousand Dollars to be
paid by ny said daughter,May starr,ae:;providerl in the SEC0ND para-
graph of this will,shall,when the saTllc shalJ have been receiv('d by
my said executor,be distributed by IJy said executor as follows;First:
out of said sum shall be paiel ny funeral expensp~;,just debts and the
expenses in the settlement of my Estate;SECO:m;the su~of Five
Hundred ($500.00)Dollars shall be paid unto my said daughter,the
~starr,in consin~ration of her having kept and taken care of
me,and Third:one ($1.00)Dollar to be given to each of ny Five grand-
children,viz;Lon W.Claybaugh,Eva Van Pelt,Ruth Dyers,Lucian F.
Beryl Wickerham,
Claybaugh~and Joseph W.Coatsworth,and FOURTH;the balance remaining,
after the above nentioned payment<;,of the saicl sum of Two Thousand
Dollars,shall be equally divicled,share aml share alike,to and among
my following named four children,viz;Charles C.Coatsworth,~~rs.
Catharine Pencil,~rs.Bessie Cashman,and Mrs Eva France.
FOURTH:I do hereby nominate,constitute and apnoint my son,
Charle!=:C.Coatsworth,to be the executor of this my said Last WILL
and TESTAHENT.
