E,J.A.Harshman,being of sound mind but feeble in body and knowing
the uncertainty of human life,do make this My Last Will and Testament.
Revoking any and all former wills that may have been made by me,
I hereby direct that all my funeral expensex,which shall not be more than
three hundred (t300.00)dollars,and debts shall be fUlly paid and that the
remainder of my property both personal and real shall go to my beloved wife~~
should she ~e living at the time of my demise.,otherwise it shall be distribute
equally among my legal heirs,who shall be nearest to me in blood relationship.
I appoint my son eldon tlarshman and John M.F.Hana,atty.mbe executors
of this my last Will.
