LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ARLEY J.GUMP,of the City of Washington,Washington
ounty,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament and
evoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of all my
·ust debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
eal and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter-in-la ,
uby R.Gump,widow of my son,Gilbert W.Gump,her heirs and
ssigns forever.
I nominate,constitute and appoint my said daughter-in-law,
uby R.°Gump,Executrix of this my Will,and I direct that she s~al
ot be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which s~e
ay act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Arley J.Gump,testator,being unabl
o sign my name because of illiteracy,have had my name subscribed
or me in my presence by William R.Dennison Jr.,whereupon I have
ade my mark in the space between my names this 23rd day of July,
