LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JOHN L.GREENLEE,SR.,of Eighty-Four,County of Washington,
The State of Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
in manner and form following,hereby revoking any prior w~ll or wills
heretofore made by me.
ITID~L.I giva,devise and bequeath all of my property of
whatsoever kin~and wheresoever situate,to my wife,Alice M.Greenlee)in
fee sinple and absolutely,provided she is living at the time of my decea>se.
ITEM 2.In the event that my wife does not survive me,I
give,devise and bequeath all of my aforesaid property to my two children,
_JOHN L.GREENLEE,JIlt"and PATRICIA ANN GREENLEE"in equal shares,in fee
simple and absolutely.
ITEM 3.I hereby nominate,constmtute and appoint my wife,
~ICE M.GREENLEE,to be EXECUTOR of this my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT,if
she survives me,otherwise,I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
JOHN L.,GREENLEE,JR.,to be the Executor of the same.
