LAST ~~TESTAMENT
I,ANTONIO DALLAGLIO (also known as Tony ~allaglio),a si~gle
man,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania
being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,do I
hereby make,pUblish and declare this as and for my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any and all
Wills and Testaments or Writings in the nature thereof,by me,
at any time heretofore made.
And as to my worldly estate and all the property,real,
personal or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed,or
to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease,I give,
devise,bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner following,
to-wit:
FIRST:My Will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses
shall,by my Executors hereinafter named,be paid out of my estate
as soon after my decease as shall by them be found convenient.
SECOND:And as to all the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,both real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath unto
my nephews and nieces,namely,TOQUATRO DALLAGLIO,AMERICO J.
DALLAGLIO,HERMAN DALLAGLIO,~!ARY BIAGINI,(nee Dallaglio)BERTHA
·DELASTA,(nee Dallaglio)VIRGINIA ZAMPATTI,(nee Dallaglio)and
LENA DALLAGLIO,to them,their heirs and assigns forever,share
and share alike.
And lastly I do nominate,constitute and appoint the above
named HERMAN DALLAGLIO and BERTHA DELASTA to be the Executors of
this,my Last Will and Testament without bond.
IN TESTIMONY vVHEREOF,I,the said ANTONIO DALLAGLIO,a single
man,have to this,my last will and testament,contained on one
sheet of paper,hav~my name and affixed my seal this~day of Q A.D.1946.
