I,ED'ARD JOHN DUCKSTEIN,of the Ci'ty of Pittsburgh,l
County of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound and
disposino Mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form
following.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expense
be first fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be
none after my decease.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my Estate,
whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever the same ~~y be
situate at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath,
in equal shares absolutely,to my sons,WALTER EDWARD DU~KSTEIN
and WARREN JOHN DU CKSTEIN In the event either of my sons shall
predecease me,then the share of that son I give,devise and
bequeath to the surviving son.
1.I do hereby name,constitute 8pd appoint my Niece,
I EW~~DUCKSTEIN,to be the Guardian of the person and estate of my
son,if HEN JOHN DUCKSTEIN ,until he reaches the age of twenty-one
(21)years.The said Guardian shall not be required to furnish

any bond.
I do hereby name,constitute and appoint my son,WALTER I
EDW~~D DUCKSTEIN,to be the Executor of this,my Last Will and
Testament,but'in the event that he shall be unable to serve for
any reason whatsoever,I do then name,constitute and appoint my
