I Joseph Boyce of South Fayette Township
Allegheny County Penna.Farmer,being in feeble health,but of aoun4
mind memory and understanding,do make this my Will and testament
in manner and form as follows,to wit:I direot my Executors to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease
as praoticable.
Item 1 I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah Jane
Boyce,J.Oow,and all my household goods inoluding all the personal
prorerty in and belonging to the Mansion house (except 2.clocks
Item 2 I give and deviBe to my Son Isaao Boyce the surfaoe
of my farm situated in Ceoil Township Washington County Penna.
kno~~as the Fawcett farm containing Eighty nine acres more or Ie
however reserving the Coal,Oil,and gas thereunder.

Item 3 I give and bequeath to my daughter Annie E.Freed
Twenty five hundred dollars ($2500)and I hereby release all claims
I now hold against my daughter Annie and her husband.
Item 4 I give and bequeath to Preston A.Kettering One Hundred
dollars ($100)and 1.00w absolutely.
Item 6 I give and bequeath to Florence May Kettering Three
hundred dollars,($300.)and 1.Cow,abaolutely.
Itom 6 The reservasion of Coal,Oil,and gas,mentionod in
Item 2,if not Gold during my lifetime,I direot my Exocutors to
Gell the coal using their 0 disoretion and JUdgment,~a to tice
and vries,and apply the money receivod for the Coal,to the parman
ot"my debtu.
Item 7 I give and deviee to my two Sons James Y.Boyo~and
il11am F.Boyce my home farm containing 120 acres more or le03,
~nd my farm situated in Harrison County Ohio,containing 157 aores
more or less subjeot to my widows dower therein,and SUbject to the

payment of all the legaoies that are to be paid in money,and sub-
ject to any remainder of debt unpaid.
Item 8 I give and bequeath to my two sons James Y.Boyce and
William F.Boyce all my live Stock (except 3 Cows)farming utenoil""I
and farm Machinery,and other Uaohinory tha.t may be on the two farms
devised above at the ti~e of my decease,Also to bo subjeot to the
payment of legaoies,and debt,the same as the rwal Estate devised
