I,Alfred E.Hiney,of the Borough of Canonsburg, Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make this,my last will and testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me heretofor made. First:I direct that immediately upon my demise, my remains be taken to the Hopper &Hinton Funeral Home and that I be buried from that place,the funeral to be in charge of Hopper &Hinton,and the services to be conducted by Reverend Kempper.I direct that flowers be dispensed with in connection with my funeral.I direct that the charge for my funeral and burial shall not exceed the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00). Second:I direct my executor hereinafter named to purchase a lot in the Oak Spring Cemetery,at Canonsburg, Pennsylvania,to contain room for four graves,and that my remains be interred in this lot;and that my executor shall also purchase a small marker and have it erected over my grave. Third:I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses,costs of administering my estate and inheritance taxes be paid as soon as convenient after my decease. Fourth:I bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($l,OOO.OO)to my brother,William C.Hiney,the inherit- ance tax on this bequest to be paid by my estate.
