Will of Agnes W.Gaut
I,Agnes W.Gaut,widow,of the City of Monongahela,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,having full legal capacity in
the premises,do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any
time heretofore made,in manner and form ~s follows:
1.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay
my funeral expenses and the cost of the administration of my
estate as soon after my decease as may be proper and expedient.
2.I will and bequeath to my daughter,Helen M.
Yingst,absolutely,the following items of personal property,viz:
~y old set of Haviland china;my set of sterling silver knives and
forks (Etruscan design);and my set of Chippendale silver tea-
spoons.
3.I order and direct my Ex~cutor to repay to my son,
Homer B.Gaut,the sum of Three Thousand Eight Hundred ($3,800.00)
Dollars,which is owing to him on account of the payments upon a
certain mortgage given by my late husband and myself upon our
former home.
4.All the rest and residue of my estate,both real
and personal,and wheresoever situate or found,of which I may die
seized or possessed,or t~which I may be entitled at the time of
my decease,and remaining after the payment of the several items
set forth in the preceding paragraphs he~eof,I Will,devise,and
bequeath unto my daughter,Helen M.Yingst,and my son,Homer B.
Gaut,in fee simple and absolutely,share and share alike.
5.I do hereby constitute and appoint Joseph L.
Hoffmann of the City of Monongahela,Wasiingto~County,Pennsyl-
vania,to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.

have hereunto set my hand and seal this tenth day of August,in
