I,WILLIAM N.DAY of the City of Washington,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,pUblish and declare
this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all
Wills by me heretofore made,and intending hereby to dispose
of the entire estate of which I may die seized.
1.I hereby direct my executor hereinafter named,
to pay all my debts and funeral expenses,and all taxes on my
estate,as soon as may be convenient after my death•.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
I hereby give,devise and bequeath to my children,Captain
Charles N.Day of Washington,District of Columbia,Arthur B.
Day of Strabane,Pennsylvania,Gordon R.Day of the ity of
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,Rozzella Day
Wolfe of Lincoln Rights,North Franklin Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,Dorothy Day Rowell of the City of Wash-
ington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and Ruth Day Springer
of Canonsburg,Pennsylvania,in equal shares.
3.In the event that any of my above named children
should be deceased at the time of my death,leaving issue sur-
viving,I direct that the said child's share shall be dis-
tributed to such issue,per stirpes.
4.In the event that any of my above named children
should be'deceased at the time of my death,without leaving
issue surviving,in that event I direct that said child's
share shall be divided equally among my remaining children,
and the issue of any deceased child,such issue to take per
stirpes and not per capita.
I hereby authorize my executor hereinafter named,to
make sale of any real estate of which I may die seized,and to
execute deed or deeds therefor.
I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Mellon
National Bank and Trust Company executor of this my last Will
and testament.
