I,David French Caldwell,of the Borough of Eaet Wash-
ington,in the County of Washington and state of Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind,memory,and understanding,do make and
publieh this my last Will and Testament hereb y revoking and
making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made,
as to such estate as it hath pleased God to entrust me with,
I dispose of the same as follows,viz:
First.I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,
Elizabeth M.caldWell,all my estate,real,personal and mixed,
wherever situate for and during her natural life,she to have
the right to use the income and such part of the corpus of my
estate as may be necessary for her support and comfortable main-
tenance.For the purpose of convenience ,of my said Wife"I
advise and direct that all my property real and personal be sold
and converted into a trust fund for her benefit,and Whatever of
my estate remains at the death of my Wife,I direct that it be
divided in the following manner:
{a)I bequeath to Bessie Grier One Thousand(1000.00)
Dollars in trust,the interest accruing on this amount to be applied
or given to Beula stewart during her'lifetime.
(b)The entire balance of the trUlt fund remainimg
in my estate at the death of my Wife 1 direct to be equally divided
betWeen the Boards of Home and Foreign Missions of the United Pres-
byterian Church as long as it remains "THE UNITED PRESBYTERIAN
CHURCH".If at any time the United Pres~terian Church ceases
to exist as originally organized,I direct that this trust fund
be applied to the education of some worthy young man or woman in
preparation for entering the mission field at home or abroad.
Second.I give and bequeath to Robert Grier,Jr.my gpld
watch and chain.

Third.I direct that my clothes and Wearing apparel
be distributed among the poor and needy.
Lastly I nominate,constitute and appoint my said wife,
Elizabeth M.caldWell,to be the executrix of this my last Will
and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREQF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal the 24th day of Sept ember in t he year of our Lord one
thousand nine hundred and eighteen.
