E.Bell,residing in the Oounty of Los Angeles,State of California
That the next of kin of said decedent,who~your petitione·
is adVised and believes and,therefore,alleges to be the heir at
law of said decedent,is S.J.Hindman,husband.
That at the time said Will and codicil were executed,to-
wit,on the 3rd day of December,1930,and the Ibth day of June,
1931,the testatrix was over the age of eighteen years,and was of
sound and disposing mind and not acting under duress,menace,fraud
or undue influence and was,in every respect,competent by last
Will to dispose of her estate.
That said Will is in writing signed by the said testatrix
attested by said subscribing witnesses,and that said codicil there-

SUbscribing witnesses at the request of said testatrix,in the

3 presence of said testatrix,and in the presence of each other,
4 and your petitioner alleges that said witnesses,at the time of

7 Codicil may be admitted to probate,and that Letters Testamentary
8 be issued to your petitioner,and that for that purpose a time be
9 appointed for proving said Will,and that all persons interested
