FIRST:In addition to the specific and pecuniary bequests contained in Items Second,Third and Fourth of my Will,I bequeath the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00)Dollars to my daughter~in-law, Ellen H.Fraser.I have not made any greater provision for my daughter-in-law because I have given her the entire proceeds of a joint savings account deposited in the Donora Office of the Pittsburgh National Bank,which account was carried in my name and in the name of my deceased son,Byron W.Fraser,amounting to approximately Twelve Thousand Dollars.I have also assumed the entire responsibility and paid all of the expenses of the shipment,burial,cremation and provided a lot for the burial of the remains of my son,Byron W. Fraser,when he died on January 18,1973. SECOND:In all other respects,I hereby ratify,confirm and republish my Last Will dated January~~,1973,together with this sole Codicil,as and for my Last Will.
