I,Robert R.Hays,of Hickory,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this
to be my Last 'ill and Testament,hereby revoking all former wills
made by me.
FIRST-I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fUlly paid as soon as may be after my decease.
SECOND-I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and the
remainder of my estate,both real and personal,to my beloved wife
JENNIE C.HAYS,to have and to hold to her,and to her heirs and
assigns forever.
THIRD-I nominate and appoint my wife,JE1lNIE C.HAYS ,to be the
EXECUTRIX of this my-last Will and Testament.No bond to be
required of the above named Executrix.
IN ITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
