do make and publish the following as and for D:\Y Last Will and Testament,hereb]
revokin6 all fonner Wills by me at any time heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses of Jrr1'last
illness be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
SEOOND:All the rest and residue of Il\Y estate,of whatsoever the same
may consist,I give,devise and bequeath to my husband,JOHN GANIER,to have
and to hold for and during his lifetime,with the right to use,dispose of and
consume so much thereof as may be ::l.ecessary for his support and maintenance,
and at his death whateve"r there may remain,if any,I give,devise and bequeath
to the Cancer Fund of Washington,Pennsylvania,and the Cerebral Palsy Fund of
Washington,PeIUlsylvania,share and share alike.

of this my Last Will and Testament,and I direct that my said husband shall not
be required to give any bond as life tenant.
