First.I direct my Executors hereinafter named to payout of my estate all my just debts,funeral expenses and the expense of administering my estate as soon as convenient after my decease. Second.I direct my Executors hereinafter named to sell all of my property and assets,if possible,at the best possible price that they may obtain that they feel in their sole discretion is fair and reasonable.
