I Lousie C.Crouch of Chatiers Township·Count~of Washington State of
Pennsylvania do make and publish and declare the following to be my last
will and testament.hereby revokimg all former wills by me at any time
here-to-fore made.
irst.
I dieect that all my just debts and funeral expences be paid and
discharged as soon ~ay be convenient after my decease.
Second.
I give.devise and bequeath all my property of what-so-ever nature of
which I die seized to my executors here in after named in trust that
they may use the income there from and so much of the principal as may
be neccessary for .he proper maintenance of my husband Linn M.Crouch.
to be paid to him quarterly during his life-time •
Third.
Also at the death of said Limn M.Crouch I bequeath as aspecial legacy
0100.00 ttl each Brmfd hild that I may have living at that time.
ourth.
Also at the death of said Linn M.Crouch I bequeath as a special legacy
'100.00 to the Older omens Missionary Society of the Houston U.P.Church
of Houston Pa.
Fifth.
All the rest.remainder and residue of my estate I direct be divided into
three equal parts or shares.One part or share I give and bequeath to the
6itizens National Bank Washington Pa.in trust for my daughter rs.Helen
Barbour.Said Citizens National Bank to invest said part or share as it deems
most adviseable and to pay the net income there-from to my daughter Helen
Barbour semi-nnually.t the death of my daughter Helen Barbour my trustee
is to pay t e principal of the trust fund to her children equally share and
share alike.Said payments of principal,not to be made how-ever until the
youngest Of1h r'hildren reaches the age of (30 years ).One part or share I
give and bequeath to my daughter rs.Mary Stewart.The remaining one part or
share I give and bequeath to my daughter Mrs.Sarah Black.
I here by name constitute and appoint my daughter Mrs.Sarah Black and my
eon-in-law Kenneth Stewart to be the executors 01 my last will and testament.
