LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,REED Z.GILES,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,
and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct the payment out of my estate of the
expenses cf my illness and funeral.
2.I give,devise and bequeath to my grandson,George
Richard G~les,the property in which he now lives at 184 East
Avenue,in the Fourth Ward of the City of Washington,Pennsyl-
vania,formerly the Russell and Anna Loughman property.
3.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath in equal shares to
my children,Helen Giles Carter,George Newton Giles,and Walter
Raymond Giles,all of Washington,Pennsylvania,their heirs and
assigns forever.
4.I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,George
Newton Giles,Executor of this my Will,and I direct that he
shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in
which he may act;but,should the said Executor fail to qualify
or cease to act as Executor,I hereby designate and appoint my
son,Walter Raymond Giles,Executor of this my Will,and I direct
that he shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdicti n
in which he may act.
