LAST VILL AND TESTAMENT
I,IMA J.CHADWICK,of ~orris Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory,do make and publish the following as and for my Last
ill and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore
made.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SEcom.All the rest and residue of my estate of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and
bequeath to my husband,Ieaac N.Chadwick,Sr.,for and during
his natural lifetime,and at his death whatever remains thereof,
I hereby give,devise and bequeath unto my four children,namely:
Russell,Gladys,Grace and Isaac N.Chadwick,Jr.,share and shar
alike.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my said husband,Isaac •Chadwick,Sr.,to be the Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament.
IN ITNESS I~~OF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this nineteenth day of January,A.D.1928.
