LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
1,ALISON AGNES GARDINER,of Donora,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do make,publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testa-
ment,hereby :revoking and ,making null and voici any and all wills and
testaments or writir_gs in tr_e nature thereof by me at any time hereto-
. I
fore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
shall be paid as soon after my decease as can conveniently be done.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my es-
tate,whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever the same
may be situate at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath as
follows:two-thirds (2/3)thereof to my nephew,James Maxwell,now
residing in Motherwell,Scotland;and one-third (1/3)thereof to my
::liece,Isabel McVicar Grieve,now residing in Motherwell,Scotland.
TH::RD:I do hereby constitute and appoint William M.
Ririe,of Donora,Pennsylvania,as Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
