I,Frank H.Berthel,of the City of Washington,Washington
County and State of Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare
this for my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former
wills at any time heretofore made by me.
After the payment of all of my just debts and funeral ex-
penses,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Nina H.Berthel,
all my property and estate,whatsoever and wheresoever found,
of which I shall d.ie seized and possessed,or to which I shall
be entitled at the time of my decease,absolutely.
I nominate,constitute and appoint the First National
BanIe of Washington,Pennsylvania,executor of this my last will
and testament.
