all w Ils by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just deots and funera~
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
conven ent.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and reffiainder of my
es~ate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature Qr whereso-
ever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband,
Em~lio GhiIan!.Should my said beloved husband predecease me or
should we both l1e in a co~mon accident or at the same t~.e,then
1n any such eve~t,I give,devise and bequeath the same unto my
beloved childre~,Anthony Ghilani,Arthur Ghllani,~dward Ghilani,
