LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,GRACE FOWKES,of the Borough of Beallsville,Wash-
ington C01mty,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory do hereby make,publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making void all other Wills and
Testaments by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I order and direct that my Executor herei -
Iafternamedpayallofmyjustdebtsandfuneralexpensesassooni
after my decease as conveniently may be.
SECOND:I direct that my body be interred in the
Howe Cemetery at Coal Center,Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I direct my Executor hereinafter named to
sell all of my household goods and other personal property.
FOURTH:I direct my Executor hereinafter named to
sell all of my real estate of which I d~e seized and to add the
proceeds of said sale to the proceeds of the sale of my personal
property.
FIFTH:I direct that a:l of my estate be divided
equally among my three (3)children,Dorothy Grandel,Alice Harn,
and Allen Fowkes,provided,however,that if my son,Allen Fowkes,
predeceases me,I then direct that my said estate be divided
equally between my two daughters,DbrothyGrandel and Alice Harn.
SIXTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my son-in-law,PAUL GRANDEL,as the Executor of this my Last Will
and Testament.
