and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as 800n
as convenientZy may be,after my decease.
SECOND:I authorize and direct my executor,hereinafter named,to
sell all my real estate at public or private sale or sales at such
rice or prices as he deems best;and for that purpose,do hereby
authorize and direct my said executor to make,execute,acknowledge
and deliver deed or deeds for the same to the purchaser or purchasers
thereof.
THIRD AND LASTLY:Not unmindful that I have other children who are
excluded from the terms of this will,I,nevertheless,ve,devise
and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate real,
personal and mixed in equal shares to the follOWing of my Children:
Joseph D'Amico,Henry D'Amico,James D'P~jco,Mary D'Amico and
Minnie D'Amico.
