make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and
all wills or codicils heretofore by me made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expense
be paid as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
S ECO N D:All of my estate,both real,personal and mixed,
and wheresoever situate,I hereby give,devise and bequeath to my two (2)daughters,in
equal shares,Bette Prendes of 205 Ritchie Avenue,Wierton,West Virginia,and Ruth

THIRD:In the event that either of my two (2)daughters,
Bette Prendes or Ruth Darras,should predecease me,then in that event it is my desire
