Dear Sir:
Enclosed please find affidavit of the
administrators of the Estate of George W.Hanna,
Deceased,late of Wheeling,West Virginia,to
the effect that said estate is not indebted to
any person in this Commonwealth other than the
two banks therein mentioned,etc.
Will you please file this affidavit
pursuant to the Act of Kay 2,1929,P.L.1235,
and advise me of the filing thereof,together
with your bill for the same,and oblige

Before me,the undersigned authority,personally
appeared L.F.HALLER,Vice President of the Citizens Mutual
Trust Company,of Wheeling,West Virginia,and KATE B.HANNAN,
who,being duly sworn according to law,depose and say that
the said Citizens Mutual Trust Company,of Wheeling,West
Virginia,and the said Kate B.Hannan,are the administrators
of the Estate of George W.Hannan,Deceased,late a resident
of the State of West Virginia,and that as they are informed
and believe,said decedent was not indebted to any person in
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania other than (a)the First
National Bank at Pittsburgh,in whose favor exists an indebted
ness of about Ninety Thousand (90,000.00)Dollars,payment of
which is secured by fifteen hundred (1500)shares of the
Common Capital Stock of the ashington Tin Plate Company,and
(b)the First Bank &Trust Company,of Washington,Pennsylvani ,
in whose favor exists an indebtedness of about Twenty Thousand
($20,000.00)Dollars,payment of which is secured by four
hundred (400)shares of the Common Capital Stock of the
Washington Tin Plate Company.
Affiants further say that the said First National
Bank at Pittsburgh,as evidenced by letter from its counsel
dated January 6,1931,a photostatic copy of which is attached
hereto,made part hereof and marked Exhibit 1,has no objec-
tion to the transfer to the Bridgeport National Bank of

Bridgeport,Ohio,of six hundred (600)shares of the Common
Capital Stock of the Washington Tin Plate Company,pledged
to said Bridgeport National Bank by the said George W.Hannan
to secure payment of his note dated ~ril I.1930.
in the sum of Forty rfhousand 00/100 Dollars (~O.000.00 ),
payable On Demand days after the date thereof to the
order of the Bridgeport National Bank,and that the said
First Bank &Trust Company of Washington,Pennsylvania,as
evidenced by its letter from its President dated January 15,
1931,a photostatic copy of which is attached hereto,made
part hereof and marked Exhibit 2,has no objection to the
transfer to said Bridgeport National Bank of said six hundred
(600)shares of Common Capital Stock of the Washington Tin
Plate Company.
Affiants further say that the proposed transfer of
said six hundred (600)shares of the Common Capital Stock of
the Washington Tin Plate Company to the said Bridgeport
National Bank is not made for the purpose of removing any of
the assets of said decedent beyond the reach of any of the
creditors of said decedent in the Commonwealth Pennsylvania
rust Co.,

deceased,is indebted to your company in the Bum
$20,000.00,upon which are pledged as collateral
of the capital stock of the Washington Tin Plate
W.Hannan,

.The Hannan estate 1s indebted to the ridgeport
National Bank in the sum of $40,000.00 on a note of
Mr.Hannan,upon which are pledged as collateral 600 shares
of the caPital stock of the Washington Tin Plate Company.
The Hannan estate also ts indebted to the Ftrst
National Bank at Pittsburgh in the sum of about $90,000.00
on notes of Mr.Hannan,upon hich are pledged as collateral
1500 ~hares of the capital stock of the Washington Tin Plate
Company.
Each of the ban1{s referred to desires the transfer
of said stocks solely for the ou~ose of obtaining the
dividends declared from time to time and not for the purpose
of converting the collateral to its own use.
Will you plea e advise me as to hether your
company has anv objection to thp making of the transfers
requested,and oblige
